After graduating from Tulane University with a Masters of Architecture, Ben worked for an architecture firm that focused primarily on high-end residential projects in the Hudson Valley area. He also worked on gallery spaces and private residences for art collectors in New York, along with residences in Tampa and Miami.
With experience in new builds and renovations, Ben focuses his design process on creating spaces specifically tailored to each client. This includes integrating building systems with thoughtful details to create projects that are both special and highly functional. Ben believes that successful spaces allow the end users to focus only on the space’s intended purpose, with no element distracting from either a beautiful view or a piece of art. He has experience with a variety of clients and his process is easily adapted to different levels of client involvement.
Ben distinguishes Mercer Street Studio’s practice by following projects through the building phase.
